Andriol (Undriol-Restandol), also known as Testosterone Undecanoate,is used to help patients suffering from a lack of testosterone (anatural occurring androgenic anabolic steroid). It allows the restoringof natural levels of testosterone in males, and is considered to bequite effective in the treatment of breast cancer. The medicine should be used with caution in patientssuffering/experiencing prostate cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer(for males only), kidney diseases, heart problems, pregnancy,breastfeeding and those who are more vulnerable to allergic drugreactions. The consumption of this medicine over a long term mightcreate problems in the liver, or in rare cases, might cause livercancer. For women taking this medicine they need to be under guidanceof a doctor, and they should immediately report any kind ofirregularity such as voice changes, spots on the skin, mensesabnormality or clitoral swelling.
